Exchanges & Returns 

India:

We are happy to offer exchanges on all full price items within 14 days of purchase for a different style or size. 

Please send the items back to us on: 

Nyutral Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Unit 20, Prabhadevi Industrial Estate, SVS Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, 400025, India. 

Important information: 

• All items must have the original packaging and tags intact. The items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We will not accept any items with perfume, makeup or any other marks. 
• Exchange is subject to a full inspection of the items and the above points. 
• We do not offer any refunds or credit notes.  
• Please email us on info@nyutral.com before sending the items back to us. Kindly mention the reason and the alternate items you have selected. We will arrange the pick up and send you the instructions. This is valid only for deliveries within India.

International: 
We currently do not offer any exchange or refund on international orders. If you have any concerns with your order, please email us on info@nyutral.com and we will be happy to help you.
